今上海期货操作所沪燃油期货再现零成交。成品油市场“九连跌”趋势明朗，国内市场悲观氛围蔓延。近期国内炼厂利润继续缩减，开工率长期处于低点。燃料油市场在此基础上承压下滑，部分炼厂仓库中所容商品压力明显，其中山东地区今日油浆价格跌势明显，高密度油浆在3000-3100元/吨，华北和华东地区油浆价格疲软平稳。后期显示，因无利好消息支撑，国内燃料油市场难有反弹迹象。

国际原油价格礼拜三(11月26日)尾市轻微下滑，因为市场担心国际石油输出国组织(OPEC)并不会在礼拜四(11月27日)奥地利维也纳会议上公布深幅减产。
