和合期货是正规的期货公司，也是一家老资历的平台了，和合期货有限公司是由中国证监会批准，工商局核准登记注册的专业期货公司，注册资本金3.9亿。不过好像有新闻说和合期货最近受到了证监局的监管函，由于发行未办理备案手续资产管理计划的违规行为，违反了相关规定而被山西证监局出具监管函。
