广州期货交易所还没成立的，不过根据市场消息2019年底很可能会建立广州期货交易所，而且首推的期货品种就是碳排放期权期货，据知情人士透露：目前在设计方案挑选产品的过程中，估计年底交易所挂牌略显紧张，但若抓紧还有可能。除了碳排放权期货之外的其他品种在年底前上市交易，几乎不可能。
