Two more predictions for gold.

Credit Suisse believes that gold will continue to hold above the level of 1900. At the same time, they do not exclude re-testing this mark. After that, they allow the possibility of growth to the previous highs around 2070.

Nonlinear solutions to linear complexities. I want to share with you one of my finds. Some time ago, a friend of mine recommended paying attention to nonlinear indicators. Unfortunately, I didn’t find such indicators here and I don’t know if they exist yet. And if there is, I don’t know how to distinguish them from others. As it turns out, there are quite a large number of nonlinear indicators. Their main functional difference is that they look smoother and are excellent at generating trading signals. They work even better with some classic ones - for example, moving averages. Of course, I know that I am not revealing any secret to you, and it is quite possible that you are better acquainted with them than I am. But if you have never dealt with them, I highly recommend giving it a try.

XAU - there is a possibility of growth. After the almost non-stop fall in recent days, some growth may be quite logical. The gold chart already shows key resistance, which is located around the 1833.35 level. In the near future, I think it makes sense to expect it to be tested at a price. If testing is successful and it is possible to break through the level, then some further growth will be possible. The support level is currently located at 1823.50.

Now - a little respite. The intermediate goal of 1915 was achieved. Here, many short positions were closed. By the way, my sales, which I wrote about earlier, also closed here with a small profit. Now everyone needs to gather their strength. I think there may be some local upward movement after the (possible!) breaking through the level of 1920. Next, most likely, there will be some consolidation with attempts to test 1915 again. After consolidation, I expect the downward movement to continue with an assault on 1900 - 1980.
