As you know, trading is a very stressful job.
So you should enjoy the weekend although looking for the chart.
Trading is a lifestyle, it stays with you for the whole life. So you have to enjoy your weekend.
Go somewhere, getup late, spend time with your family members, play a song with your piano or a guitar. That is the way i am relaxing and control my risk over 10 years.
