Price action is still trading below the descending trendline, reinforcing the overall negative outlook. However, the recent defense of the 3990 support zone by buyers has triggered a short-term pullback, indicating a temporary recovery within the prevailing downtrend.
Bullish Scenario
If Gold manages to recover above the 4025–4030 resistance zone, the ongoing pullback could extend toward the 4045 level. A sustained move above 4045 would improve short-term sentiment and open the door for further gains toward 4065 and 4080.
