Goldman Sachs now sees the Fed delaying interest‑rate cuts until September, citing rising inflation risks from the Middle East conflict.
The bank had earlier expected a June start, with a follow-up cut in September.
“A June start now looks too early given our higher inflation outlook,” Goldman said Wednesday, noting that earlier cuts could still happen if the labor market weakens faster than expected.
