USD/CHF — Active Sell from Descending Trendline Supply | 78% Fib Demand Triggers the Buy
Sell from descending trendline + $$$$$ supply — LIVE ✓
Price rallied into the descending trendline convergence zone (two trendlines compressing) and tapped the $$$$$ sell cluster at 0.78938–0.79297. Position is open with 16,666 units at R:R 2.91. The trendline has rejected price on every prior touch — this is the 3rd+ rejection.
Entry: 0.78938 | Stop: 0.78015 | PBL: +0.00521
Sell delivers to $$$$$ cluster + Fib zone ⏳
Price breaking below the $$$$$ cluster at ~0.78377 and the lower $$$$$ at ~0.78015 en route to the target. Each liquidity cluster below acts as a waypoint — partial profits can be taken at each level. The final destination is the 78% Fib demand zone.
Waypoints: 0.78377 → 0.78015 → 0.77491
78% Fib demand at 0.77491 — BUY triggers ⏳
The bottom 78% Fib Ratio Premium Zone at 0.77491 is explicitly labelled on the chart. This is where the sell closes and the long opens — identical structure to the NZDCHF and EURNZD setups. Ascending channel lower boundary + Fib demand = triple confluence buy zone.
Buy entry: ~0.77491 | Target: 0.78938 (back to supply)
USD/CHF has been trading within a descending channel for months — a series of lower highs defined by the two converging trendlines visible on the chart. Price recently rallied into the trendline convergence zone + $$$$$ supply cluster at 0.78938–0.79297, triggering the active sell position (16,666 units, R:R 2.91).
The sell targets the 78% Fibonacci Ratio demand zone at 0.77491 — labelled at the bottom of the chart as the "78% Fib Ratio - Premium Zone." This is where the descending channel lower boundary, the Fib level, and the $$$$ demand block all converge. The sell's job is to deliver price here. Once it arrives, the position closes and the long triggers — a mirror of the NZDCHF setup where the 78% Fib demand launched a full recovery to supply.
The buy from 0.77491 targets a full retracement back to the $$$$$ supply zone at 0.78938 — the exact entry of the current sell. This is the oscillation cycle: sell from the top trendline to the Fib demand, buy from the Fib demand back to trendline supply. Rinse and repeat within the descending channel structure.
