As traders, we want to capitalize on that large pie by taking a small portion of it, using calculated risks and lot management. A trading plan, the psychology behind the market and risk management strategies are all tools that a trader must understand and master before diving in to the markets and put any amount of capital at risk. This is a mastery that needs to be known in and out otherwise the market will eat you alive, and wouldn’t even feel.
