Gold prices are currently testing the support zone around. 3950 - 40 showing signs of potential reversal. Previous price action indicates a strong rebound each time this zone has been touched.
CURRENT PRICE: 3965
Support: 3895 - 3870
Resistance: 4180 - 4200
POSSIBLE SCENARIO:
If the support holds, we may see a bullish push back toward the 4100 - 4180 zone.
However, if it breaks below support, further downside could follow.
